Sir, i m 28 years old. I have some urinary problems of slow stream of urine, trouble in starting urine & Sometimes frequent urination in day time only but not in night. In USG KUB report says Prostate volume is 29cc , so that ,it is BPH or Prostatitis? I am also taking Alfoo 10mg but not much relief till now. Please help

Urea 99, Serum Creatinine 4.5
My sister having bad tests result with urea 99 mg/dl and serum creatinine 4.5 mg/dl..
She is confused in taking treatment from doctors..nobody telling approx time to cure.
What are the chances with her and what is the best way to show her to a doctor..PGi Rohtak, PGI Chandigarh or AIIMS Delhi...please tell us the right way to cure...

Taken all antibiotics according to urin culture reports.
Is there any permanent cure of this recurring UTI?
Any surgery ?
What would be the worst if it can't get cured?

Redness and swelling on left scrotum

6 month back i have taken a USG, in that my right kidney size is 9.6 cm. Recently I have taken a USG, in this report my right kidney size is 8.4 cm. All kidney related blood reports are normal.Is there anything to wrong. Please suggest.( 6 month ago I am also done CT scan. CT scan report says both kidney in normal size. )

Usg report and slight back pain
