Feeling pain and burning sensation at the end of urination and seen Urination flow break . On ultrasound reports 1. Mild Hydronephrosis on right kidney. 2 . Stone 5mm on Right VUJ. Will it be treated by medication and Drink extra fluid volumes. Or i should go for Ureteroscopy??

Creatinine
I have urine infection bacteria+ from last four months and pain in left kidney place and numbness swelling in left leg.
My creatinine was four months ago 1.0
Before 2 months it was 1.2
Now it's 1.4 and normal range is 0-1.5
I want to know after getting cured from urine infection
Will my creatinine come down or not?
