Kidney Problems

Right kidney is low in position and it shows hydronephrotic change with gross dilatation of renal pelvis -it appear to be due to pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction

I'm diabetics for past 7 yrs. Twice done surgery and once shots to re move the stone. 2 months back it was paining and took scanning. 7mm stone found. Under medicine only but, now it's paining very badly, not able to pass urine, may be got stuck at the end, can feel it, not able to sleep or sit. Very hard to explain the condition. Pl help me.

My father is currently facing with a problem of gallbladder stone along with kidney stone. He is having continuous pain in left side of the stomach because of kidney stone .He consulted with a doctor and the doctor gave some medicine to reduce the pain and asked to go for surgery when there would be no pain at all. Can you please suggest me for some better option? Is there a way to remove stones of both gallbladder and kidney without surgery?
