I was diagnosed with multiple cysts on my kidneys and my creatinine level is 1.2 I'm 26 years old male. My nephrologist has suggested i take rocas tablet daily. Is it needed ? The side effects of the tablet are scary to know.

My right kidney have a stone,which size is 0.88 cm an echogenic calculas . i seen a doctor last two month but no improve ane incised from 0.85 to 0.88 cm. sir i want your best suggestion.
