Kidney Problems

I got abdominal scan and found kidney stones maximum of 5 mm siZe and did the urine and blood test contains creatinine, everything looks normal. is that minmal pain due to kidney stones? Previously I had kidn ey stones that time I got severe pain. But now it is light pain. Do I need to take another tests?

My son had a.surgery on his left kidney pyeloplasty when he was 1 month old. Today he is 3 year old . We did a renogram test and it states that his right kidney is fine whereas his left kidney is 13% Renal function test. The conclusion states that this may be resolved with post obstructive changes in the cortex given the time activity curve. I want to know what does that mean ?
