I have kidney stone of 11*8mm of HU value 1544 near PUJ. What will be the complete cost for nephrolithotomy? And what will be the best alternative for nephrolithotomy?

Hi. I am a 26 year old male being treated for Carcinoid Syndrome. Was in ER with vomiting and blood in urine. A renal ultrasound showed "bilateral cortical thinning with increased echogencity in the renal medulla. This would indicate early or developing medullary Nephrocalcinosis". Should I be concerned about this? My right kidney also was apparently small at 8.6 cm long.
