I have a stone In kidney..... For instant pain relief what type of injection is needed for me

Mild liver fibrosis. Liver normal in size with Coarse echopattern. Liver enzymes, electrolytes,pt, inr normal. Any treatment. Average liver stiffness 1.44 m/s.

I have 3 syones in my right kidney and 1 in my left kidney, please advise the diet plan for my condition, and how may I get rid of this.

I have gone through ureteroscopy without Stent being left over during November 2017. During night i had a strong urge for urination & simultaneously i face back pain on left side the side where stone was located. Once i arise and get relieved, pain starts subsiding. Although more i walk lesser pain i feel. USG done few days back & completely ok.

I have been having kidney stone pain for past 2 days. Got a voviron injection last night and now I have to travel today. Is there any painkiller which can provide instant relief in pain if I get one while travelling?
