Kidney Problems

USG scan taken on January 8 2018 Enlarge prostate size 42x39x43 mm and 5 mm few calculi in kidney. I am taking silofast d8 kit daily night 1 and morning prostaquill capsule 1 daily and tablet miritas 25 mg 1 during afternoon apart from that I am taking Himalaya prostacare capsule 1 daily morning and evening and Himalaya himplasia tablet 1 twice daily. All allopathy medicine prescribed by urologists Prabhakar and Himalaya drug after consulting Ayurvedic doctor. Now I am having urinary irritation and always symptoms of constipation. But free motion everyday morning before 6 am after taking 1 ltr water daily at 5 am and free urine routine. Daily maximum 2 ltr water intake I want to be free from urinary irritation and symptoms of constipation.

My blood test show. a/g ratio .8 creatinine 112 bun 5.7 albumin 37.3 rbc 4.53 wbc 4.42 olatelet 159 was this sign of multiple myeloma

A cyst of size 18mm is in the right lobe.. LFT done. SGPT 61, SOPT 40. What are the risks.. Any surgical procedure required. Kindly answer.. I am very tensed.

High urine creatinine but gfr is 128 what might it be do I have stage 1 chronic kidney disease do I need to be worried

HSV 2 test report at 8 weeks after exposure HSV 2 igG - 0.55 HSV 2 igM - 0.67 Negative < 0.80 Though my HSV 2 is negative at 8 weeks, I am worried because those values are at high range of negative. Does it mean my body is still producing antibodies and may turn positive soon when I opt for test at 16 weeks?

5.2mm kidney stone in right kidney and 3.6mm in left kidney is it dangerous

I had a UTI which became kidney infection and I was hospitalized for 4 days with drip 3 weeks ago. The pain came back after a few days where my bladder was aching. Then I went to another doctor. They prescribed me sporal, levoflaxoin, flagyl. The pain didn't stop. UrInating more often and not much coming out. Now it's got to a point that I have to press my bladder to urinate otherwise it doesn't come out on its own

My father have a stone in urinary bladder sized 4.7 mm. Doctor prescribed all the medicines. I just want to know whether medicines will be enough or he have to under any surgery? And what kind of surgery?

I am a kidney transplant person with creatinine fluctuating between 1.4 and 1.5. My transplant took place 35 days before. I faced acute rejection at the end of 1 st week and now it got recovered. My urea is 21. Cue is absolutely normal. My haemoglobin is a bit low nearing 10. Remaining electrolytes except calcium are back to normal. I am on tac, myfortic and prednisone. I would like to know whether my creatine will be further reduced to below or not. If not at this level can I continue longer.
