Kidney Problems

My father has recently been diagnosed with renal category 2 cortical cyst. Now I want to know what could be its implications & what are the precautions that he needs to follow including diet regime. He also has fluctuating issues with sugar, uric acid, thyroid. Pls refer the attacment. Also please suggest if I need to consult a nephrologist or some other specialist for the same.

My son is diagnosed with hydronephrosis, left kidney - puj obstruction. He is 55 days old now. Allopathy Doctor has suggested to undergo a surgery for him when he is 1 year old. But before performing surgery I wanted to know if there is treatment other than surgery in Ayurveda or homeopathy. In allopathy the doctors have already confirmed that there is no medicine to resolve this other than performing surgery, since there is an obstruction in the tubes which doesn't allow the urine to flow from the kidney to the bladder. This was confirmed with the EC scan, kidney imaging as well.
