I am a 45 year old married woman. I have sudden weakness and sudden sweating and sensation as if i will die. Now doctors has asked me to check catecholamines in urine. I have done the test. What is this test used for? Do i have cancer if this test is positive?

The tube under the left scrotum is swelling.pain in the left calf muscles and feverish sensation at times . Any medication suggested would b very helpful
