Hormonal Imbalances

I am diagnosed with pcod yesterday, in ultrasound Dr told me that there is cyst on my ovaries. I have regular periods but I am having lot of pimples, scars on my face and I am having excessive hair shedding from 6years. I have consulted so many Dr regarding my hair shedding issue but no Dr. Is able to identify my problem. I have observed more facial hair in past 2years. Is this possible that I am having pcod even if I do have regular periods?

Dear Dr I am diabetes for 10 years and now I am taking two janumer xr 50/1000 daily,I made analysis for blood sugar and found out that my random blood analysis is 322 and HBA1C is 10.4 and my MCHC is 35.5 and So please check and advise

I am 37 years old, I had been digonesed with Hypo thyroide almost 4 years back. ever since I am taking thyroxine 25mg. TSH remain under control with medicine. Do I have to take this medicine throughout life or is there any other posibility of healing.

Hi.. my TSH is 4.8. Do I have to use thyronorm 25mg? Would there be any side effects? And once if I start the medicine for thyroid , do I have to use it life long?please suggest.
