Bilateral polycystic ovaries

I just did a pcos test and impression is bilateral polycystic ovaries. What does this mean ? Does this mean I have pcos. I got the test done because I have put on weight n unable to reduce even with exercise and diet. I too have some symptoms like hair thinning and sever headaches. I have always been diagnosed with pcos since 2011! It's mostly on n off. I wanna know if there is any permanent solution for pcos? I was diagnosed with thyroid. It's hereditary. I always get my thyroxine between 10-11. I believe this is normal according their standard range but doctor put me on thyroid tablets. I just wanna know is weight issue is always related with pcos /thyroid and diabetes. Diabetes is my family! Almost 2 generations . Whenever I am on diet (I don't do crash diets, I eat everything but in small amount ) I sometimes feel like I faint coz of hunger!! I believe I have great metabolic rate. I get hungry for every 2 hours! May be because if that I feel fainted. Dunno if it's diabetie
