Sudden reduce in tsh it reduce by 3.5 to 0.48 within 20 days may i know what is the reason is it dangerous

Upto last month I got proper period but now my periods was 10 days late now I dont know what exactly happend to me

My son age is 12 years but his pennise size e is 5.5cm in normal position his testosterone hormone levels 2.5ng/Dl no other problems physical and mental everything is perfect ,we are afraid about pennise , testosterone hormone levels, is it problem or not when we are afraid about please give right suggestions sir

Hello doctor, I had suffered from hypothyroidism for the past 4 months and irregular periods too. I took propylthiouracil for about 3 months and novelon for 3 months and femilon for 3 months. Now the TSH level is normal. Still there is hair loss for me. How to promote hair growth? I have been consuming soaked green gram,black gram, sesame , peanuts, badham for about 4 months. Is it enough for hair growth? Will these foods promote hair growth?

Last week I went for medical check-up doctor said my I need to start medicine for diabetes. But I don't want to start medicine I am doing regular exercise... And I want check my sugar levels after one month Suggest me do I need to go for medicine now or my sugar levels will be normal by doing regular exercise and following proper diet and also faty liver found in report Report attached.. I was advised by my doctor to increase my dosage from 50 mcg to 62.5 mcg. However if I take 1 tablet of 50 mcg and 1 tablet of 12.5 mcg, will that equal my required 62.5 mcg of dosage?
