Hello Dr Please suggest how to make a sugar chart Which time is good for checking sugar. How to adjust dosage of insulin according to sugar value.

My mother is diabetic and she has pain and some sort of bubling effect as if something is moving inside her stomach it happened few weeks back now when Doctor prescribed some medicine it was fine but her digestion is poor and she feels nausea and sometimes pain in left abdomen.

Day to day my body weight decreases and my bone dencity also losses .constipation occurs eye power glass increases

My father is using Zoryal M2, Gluconorm 2 and taking insulin 20 points at night, still the sugar levels are coming down. He is diagnosed with LVF and taking medicines for it. Need a good medicine for control

2 months back I have done blood test for pcod. But pcod profile were fine but thyroid (TSH) and prolactin was high.a Nd no pcod was detected in ultrasound .  My doctor suggested me to take thyronorm 50 mg for thyroid and cabgolin for prolactin for 6 weeks . After 6 weeks again I have blood test for thyroid profile and prolactin . Tsh and prolactin comes normal this time but t3 and t4 are slightly increased. Should I continue same dose of thyronorm for t3 and t4 ? And if after a month my thyroid profile ( tsh, t3 , and t4 ) comes normal then what should I do ? Stop taking thyroid medicines ? Or should I need to take thyroid medicines for life time ?

My mother is a diabetic patient earlier she was given Ryzodeg 20 units  1-0-0 and human actrapid 8units 0-1-1 due to high price of insulin Ryzodeg, isryl 2mg I asked for substitute Dr prescribed to give lantus in same dose. Is this is a right decision? Please help me.

B12 is 129 & vitamin D 13.27..are those levels are serious? Please suggest what to do as a treatment.
