Hormonal Imbalances

I am on my tb medication... perviously at the start of my treatment my TSH was 0.09 on 28 th March and on 20 th May it has come to TSH 12.54...why so? Do I start medicine and is USG thyroid needed to be done?

If my TSH level is 12.53 , is it necessary to get USG thyroid done? And should I start medicines for it?

Since last 10 months my thyroid has been fluctuating. I was diagnosed with thytoid in 2018. Tried to cure with Aayurvedic medicines. Shifted to Allopathic in 2019. I've been taking Eltroxin 25mg everyday morning since September 2019. My TSH records is as follows: Aug 2019 - 13.57 Nov 2019 - 5.55 March2020 - 6.32 May2020 - 9.84 Minimal Exercise. In a profession to sit in front of books or computer full day. Late night sleeping routine.

Total Bilirubin = 1.0 mg/dl ALT ( SGPT) = 41 ul AST (SGOT) = 33 ul Alk Phase Alp = 217 ul Are these values are normal???

My mother in law is aged about 50 years is taking treatment since 2 years. Currently her readings are as follows Fasting 110 Post lunch 2hrs later 120 Today afternoon she is fully sweating so took sugar test the reading is 98. She alse ate good sugar content fruits. I recently have undergone Technetium 99 scan and I was worried if the radioactive element does anything bad to my body. I am feeling a bit lethargic after the scan, is this normal?

My Mother age 52 taking regularly medicines i.e amaryl 1 and voglitor md 0.3 one each before breakfast and dinner, galvus met 50/1000 one  after lunch and dinner and mixtard 30/70 - 30 unit before breakfast and 20 unit before dinner.. After taking all these medicines for daibates my mother sugar level is still high.. Fasting is 230 and pp is 342 and hba1c is 10.01... Can't understand what to do...

Suffering from hyperlipedemia diagnosed at the age of 20.cholecystectomy in 2014. Major concern is 30kgs weigh gain in span of 10-11 months.. but obese since childhood Tried all professional help and all sort of nutritional counseling but nothing is working out.( Keto , low carb, ayurvedic diet, normal indian calorie restricted diet,every possible thing on this earth) Scanty menstruation lasting for 2 days. Intolerant to cold. Lethargic n very very less on stamina. Severe mood swings. Anxiety. Most of the times irritated Lately ,started getting headaches and blurred vision. Sometimes dizzy. Please prescribe some medicines to control the diabetes for my father who is 63 years old. His diabetic count was 185 before meal and 221 after food. I also paid Rs. 299 for consulting a diabetes specialist at practo but the dr. Is not responding. Pleade help

Frequent urination and thirst; feel tired very soon. My medication Janumet 50/500, Met xl 25, Ecosporain gold 20, supradyn (all 1 tablet each after breakfast)
