Is tsh level high on 3rd day of periods? Is it borderline? 5.10? I got it done on 3rd day along with overnight fasting H/o pcos

I had low vitamin d3 a year back but from that time onward I started to take vitamin d3 calcifecteorol 60000 for a year and in Jan 2021 my vitamin d3 level is showing as 121ng so how can I reduce it without medicines or only by diet.from a month weakness,nausea type,dull abdomen pain,headache,burning eyes also.what should be done next .have attached the report.

Recently my father diagnosed with diabetes..We decided to take him into hospital...doctor told me to take Sugar test samples Could u please tell me at what time we should give blood samples??pls give me your respected answers

Recently my uncle bought "glucometer" for diabetes to personal use Is it mandatory to change the "lancet" & "strip" after every single use...or else he continues with his own lancet and strips again and again for personal use...please clarify with your valuable answers ..

My father in law didn't had blood sugar before 6 months and his blood sugar level were on the border range before that. This time when he did his test his blood sugar level on fasting was 170 and after good was 320.. he his bit worried as he is regularly walking for more than an hours still his sugar level not dropping done.. he his controlling his food by avoiding tea/ coffee, sweets etc... Any natural way to bring down his blood sugar level and maintain? Please suggest

I have diabetes since 2012. On medication but nit regular though testing regularly. My mother, father are diabetic but in control. My job mostly to work out station on construction sites so mostly had food in Hotels. But excersise regularly. Proteinuria and Fatty lever.

Iam non diabetic , iam recently checked my sugars. FBS 102 PPBS 135 after 2 hrs of breakfast. Hba1c 4.8 Mean plasma glucose 91. Sugars are ok ? Which test is accurate that is rely on? How often check my sugars ? Pls suggest. Regards.

Is is okay to use BGR-34. My husband has fasting sugar of 118 and post lunch 167. His last year routine chekups were fine. This year bit high. He has family history of diabetes.
