Cholesterol level 265.Is this alarming situation and what should we do to reduce? Medication is required or can be controlled with a diet

My blood glucose levels are 140-160 in morning i.e fasting and 170-180 PP, I want detailed consultation on my diabetic profile and diet. Before consultation whar are the tests to be done please advise.

What vegan foods or any other drinks can control blood sugar. Please suggest not to take foods/fruits too. Thanks!

My dad is under diabetic medication for a year now. He has burning sensation in his foot, which was told as one of the effects due to biabetic by the doctor whom we went for consultation. It's been a year, but still he has the same problem. Is there any other possibilities apart from diabetics for this problem? If yes what it could be?

I am non diabetic but i was hospitalized for covid and after that it has been 20 days that i have been taken wysolone.....initially i had taken 60mg but now after 20 days my dose is reduced to 5mg and i take it only once in the morning . My fasting blood sugar is fine which is around 75 but my pp blood sugar comes at about 165. Is it because of wysolone ? Can even 5 mg of wysolone raise blood sugar level ? And will they become normal once i stop taking this medicine ? In how much time ?

I am taking 100 MCG of eltoxin since 1 year and before that I was on various dosage on advice of doc,I have thyroid since 8 years after I delivered my baby My recent test shows T3 97.71 mg/dl T4  8.4 mug/dl Tsh 8.56 I have recently recovered from mild covid ,no other issues, having hair fall recently and acne Pls suggest if I should increase by dosage Also, I usually have the medication early morning and eat immediately my bfast,is it ok Pls see the attached reports I am taking zubintin 10 mg daily and vitamin c limcee

I tested my glucose level today and found 114 mg/dl as fasting and 120 mg/dl after 2 hours of taking lunch. My HB1AC is 5.3%. Should I need to avoir sugar?
