Hormonal Imbalances

Hello, I have been taking thyroxin 50 for almost 3 years now since I was first diagnosed with thyroid. I recently did my tests and the results are as below : TSH : 2.27 T3 : 1.3 T4 : 14.53 Should I continue with the same dose or reduce/ increase the dose?

3 months back I hav prediabetes hba1c is 5.8 ,e average sugar is 120.it is done in hpcl method.after 3months i.e,yesterday I tested hba1c is 5.06 and average blood sugar is 96.3 it is done in nepholometry method.now my doubt is hpcl method gives  valuable result or nepholometry method gives exact result?which method is considered for further testing.both are gives accurate result?please advice hba1c test should be done in which method is perfect?reports attached thank you.

Hallo Doctor My mother is diabetic, Hypertension and Heart disease patient. She takes Human mixtured insulin (30/70) 40 unit twice a day, a dapaglifazon 10 and Encelin 50/850 twice a day. For Hypertension she takes Cilacar T tablet twice a day, Met XL 50 once a, day and CTD 6.25 once a day. But her morning blood pressure always 150/90, and PP diabetes most of the time >200, How it will be under control?

Hi my father is suffering from type 2 diabetes since approx 30 years...last test done showing 222 as fasting and 274 other...he is on medicine s but I am not sure why diabetes is not get controlled and he do not want to be on insulin...

I had my hba1c on 30 april which was 5.2 normal with fasting blood sugar 85 , suddenly from morning i am feeling. a little weak, not too frequent but haf to urinate like 5 times within 5 hours although i only. Had 2 glasses of water, had no weight loss, no excessive thirst, but having anxiety , should i get my hba1c done again, can it develop within 2 months, although i have changed my routine, lifestylediet,etc in last 10-15 days but i still i am stressed about my health..

Which is the best test or group of test to conclude diabetes, is fasting blood sugar ok, or hba1c, or gtt .

Can HbA1c test tell us if one has diabetes ?? How reliable is this test for diagnosis of diabetes ??

My tsh level was 10.7 on 2nd june and i was taking 100mcg thyroxin everyday and today my tsh is 2.3 how much thyroxin dose should i take ???

My tsh was 10.7 on 2nd june and i was taking 100mcg thyroxin tablet but now my tsh is2.03 today should I decrease my dosage to 25mcg??? My tsh went from 10 to 2 in 2 weeks is it possible???
