My tsh level increases to 39 after I checked after my 5 week miscarriage. Doctor give me 5000 u hcg injection to avoid miscarriage. Earlier I don't have any sign of thyroid. My weight is normal. Please suggest me

I am on Thyronorm 125 mg and now my TSH is 0.135. My weight is 72 Kg and age is 47 years with 5.4 ft. Pl suggest that what change to be made in my dose with this low TSH?
