Hormonal Imbalances

I checked my TSH in June and it was 7.16 but when I checked again in recent month that is in November it is 2.34 and besides my T3 T4 are also in normal range. I did not take any medicine. Though I followed a simple diet plan. I also have in same weight from then. But without medicine or anything else is it possible to turn in normal range?

Hello doctors we have got the ultrasound done and the technician has said that the secretions in salaivary gland in right side is low but left side is ok what does that mean. The final report is expected on Monday. Does low secreation from salivary gland fetal.

I have diabetes since last 6-7 years. I take Galvus met 50/500 and telma H tablets daily. Recently since last 2 months my sugar levels have increased to 185-190 before breakfast . Do I need to change my medication.

Sugar levels getting too low and body loosing control and going unconscious

Iam using amaryl 1mg only one per day few years then the dose increased twice a day for few years n then I started taking same dose in the morning n then I started taking new dose I.e glycomet 500mg during night for last 2years. Headeche, Bodyache, weakness nd etc.so i stop medicine now.my question is what will my next step of treatment. pl advice me.
