Homeopathy

Shortness of breath and coughing .Have consulted many doctors in homeopathy but no result. Yesterday took a homeopathic medicine prescribed by the doctor and faced difficulty in breathing many times. Actually there was some sort of relief initially and I reduced my consumption of puff but when I took a medicine yesterday night( actually it was prescribed by my doctor and it was homeopathic he said to take 4-5 drops only one time and then discontinue it and after that tell me how you felt) it was horrible.It was just like i would lose consciousness. What to do now? To which doctor should I consult? Shall I go for Chandigarh PGI? I am really very depressed . Please help me.

I have been suffering from allergy past 3 years which manifest on skin. symptoms include dryness of skin, itching, redness and small elevations on palm under the skin.
