Homeopathy

I have been having a lot of pimples on the face, particularly on my forehead and in my nose region. I also have oily skin. I have tried applying Clindamycin but it does not seem to work.

I have foot corn since 6 months.I tried various ways to get rid out of it.Since 2 months I am taking homeopathy treatment,but still I am not getting any result on corn.And in this week I also tried use of NAOH to burn the corn but this is very painful.I just want to confirm how much time it will take for homeopathy treatment to cure corn totally.

She has sinus problem in right side of nose.there is water falling and some times bleeding occurs so there is wound in nose and due to this she is facing problem in breathing from that side of nose.she has already went for operation two times but afterwards​ same problem happens.
