I am having uric acid high levels.Have been on strict diet(no protein foods & milk products)more than an year. Cannot stand long time, cannot walk short distances -Pain in bare foot increases. Changed my footwear few times, using crocs regularly at home and using Medifeet sandals and shoes. Medifeet shoe /sandal are better. Office is quite far.

I am 5feet2inches in height.my age is 19 now. Can i get some supplemets to increase height by some inches?
