How to take chamomilla 1M ? Please help me as soon as possible ? Actually I was consuming codeine since last 4 years ?

I have been taking homeopathy medication since last 8 years for 12 years old skin disease and since last 2 years from same doctor. Not seeing any significant improvement. My 3 years daughter also got skin disease which got cured with homeopathy and now relapsed thrice. Please advice.
