I want to increase my height a more because I m 20 now and my height is 5.4 inches so please help that is there any solution in homoeopathy

I am having fever(100°c), head ache and tierdness for past 20 days. I consulted 3 doctors, the fever is curing and affecting after 1or 2 days itself. I checked the typhoid and dengue it's negative only.

Basically, i have been diagnosed with anxiety, tendonitis, hypermobility.... everything you can think of, yet nothing I have done has been able to ease the symptoms. I have been under chiropractic care, alongside going to an osteo and doing weekly sessions of pilates, and there has been no significant change over the course of the last year.
