Does low heamoglobin in body causes hairfall, baldness n pimples on face?? My haemoglobin is 9.. n its too less. N m suffering from all these. Pls answer.

I have many symptoms over 4 year. Rectum pressure and burning pain in genital area especially when sitting. Legs aching burning pain and like fever. Stomach fullness. Hsv igg positive in blood test for herpes diagnosed by many doctors but no visual symptoms found in body like herpes allergy, bumps, etc. Please suggest what is this problem.
