I am examine my blood pressure levels for past 45 days and it's been in range of 160/110 or 150/100. it's high.. I would like to know the measures to low it down. I have stopped eating normal salt. only use fasting salt or Sindu salt as we say. I would like to go for homoeopathic medicines. need your advice on this.

I had partial ACL tear and miniscus tear at right knee 2 months back which was diagnosed last month with the MRI. Initially had mild pain and discomfort which later increased extensively. Tenderness is too much and stiffness is also seen. 20 days back injured my left knee in bathroom. MRI not done but symptoms are same as of right knee.

I have 4 corns in my leg from last 6 months not Abe to walk properly , corns size has increased by 3 cm and another of 1 cm each . Already use corn tape but not so effective
