I was diagnosed with Vitamin B12 deficiency 2 months back my level was 174 doctor prescribed me to take B12 for 1 month but the symptoms remains same low energy ,fatigue not able to perform daily task as usual before deficiency so may I know for how much days one should take neurobin forte tablet to get rid out of it or the level will get normal so that fatigue will go out from my body.

My cousin is suffering from coats disease. And coats disease comes under the category of exudative retinal detachment. I have heard that homeopathy has scope in treating it. Is it true?

My 5 month old son have eczema since birth. Would you recommend homeopathy treatment or allopathy treatment? Right now we are using topical steroids which doing well but as soon as we take a break the rebound effects are very strong. I can't keep going with the steroids forever and need to know will my 5 month old will ever get better? My husband have some type of eczema on his hand since the COVID. Will do the allergy test on him to see what changed but he never had eczema before the COVID. I’m 30 yrs old (M).I've greying of hair from 13 yrs old.When I was 27yrs ,70% of my hair became white & I started taking homoeopathy medicine it showed good results after 4 months of treatment. I am facing problem of chronic pancreatitis from last 3 years but after taking treatment for it my blood sugar levels are stabilising & pain has also gone but now problem is only indigestion & smelly farts & diarrhoea after having some outside stuff & sometimes constipation I was prescribed creons digestive enzyme for the problem but I wanted only homeopathy digestive enzyme or ayurveda digestive. My daughter is 15 months old and is suffering from gas, we are giving her soft solids like moong dal khichdi and vegetables and everything homemade, but still she is having gastric problems and is having semi solid stools with foul smell (3-4 times a day) everyday.
