Hi Team, Below details from CT scan. IMPRESSION : Pan sinusitis. Osteomeatal units are blocked on both sides. Spheno-ethmoid & spheno ethmoid recess regions appeared narrowed. Nasal septum is deviated with spur to right side. Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy noted. Suggested clinical correlation & follow up.
