I got homeopathic tablet, But i dont know how to take. Should i have to take it with water or swallow or let that dissolve in mouth.

Fatty liver grade 1 and gallbladder shows multiple echogenic foci largest measuring 1.9*1.1cm. Wall thickness normal No focal lesion seen in liver Cholelithiasis I do not want to go for surgery Is there any genuine treatment in Homeopathy . Please suggest an expert doctor for the same

Basically, i have been diagnosed with anxiety, tendonitis, hypermobility.... everything you can think of, yet nothing I have done has been able to ease the symptoms.
