Hi doctor suffering from varicocele i want to become normal plz suggest me to cure varicocele without surgery left testies i hav tat plz doctor help me to cure that tell me medicines to cure it

I have many lipoma all over my body..recently i went to a homeopathy doctor and she said that she has a treatment for this..but i have recently studied a article about how homeopathy is fraud and habe no evidence for cure..i am really confused..please suggest if i should continue the homeopathy medicine?

I am facing continuous sneezing problem along with dry cough, also i feel some itching inside my ear-throat junction frequently.... I have consulted to ENT specialist ealrier. They have told the reason as allergy. I have found my IgE level as 430. Could you please tell me if, the allergy is the only reason behind all these mentioned symptoms? or there may be other reason? To supress the allergy level, ENT specialist has prescribed montair-LC to use continuously... Is there any way to reduce the allergy level through homeopathic treatment?

I am diabetic for last 20 yrs.and on insulin for last 10-1/2 yrs. Now I am facing with memory loss for last few years. I do all my works normally.  My vocabulary and memory has been weak e.g. if I study any mathematic or science topics, I understand the contents fully at that time but retain it for a long time. If someone wants to learn again from this, I have to study it again. Similarly if I am supposed to get several works done from others, I immediately issue directions to the cocerned otherwise I may not be able to keep them in my memory later on and  I have to strike hard to remember all. Except this all is well. I can solve all hard mathematical problems even logically. Is this completely curable in homeopathy ?

Replied to Dr.Amisha Mirchandani Mam should I avoid all non-veg foods while having prurigo nodularis.please reply🙏🙏 I am asking this coz I have a doubt eating chicken/other non-veg foods triggering this skin conditions.

Respected Doctor's I want to know what are the foods to be taken & to be avoided while having prurigo nodularis.Please please reply🙏🙏 What life style changes should I make to overcome this skin condition.
