I have ranula /mucocele under tongue (floor of the mouth) is there any treatment for this problem and in how many days can it go away

I have been losing hairs since17 ,presently I am 20 and have lost hairs from both sides of head,my father also was bald,but isn't it too early for me to get bald.Can my problem be healed,I am taking homeopathic treatment from 1 and half month,have gained hair but are visible only in torch light when viewed closely,what should I do,please help Sir.

I have done my lipid profile test and the report showed that cholestrol is around 204 and tryglycerides are 375. Since i am also suffering from hypothyroidism i am consuming tablets from past 1year of 100mcg thyronorm.pls suggest me should i need to take treatment for reducing tryglycerides..

Sir I have not been eating at regular times since 3 years and especially i have missed my breakfast frequently through the year.
