My lab Puppy suffering from last 1 days to lose motion and I gave him pedigree and cured but still he continued so kindly help me

I had a fibroid at the time of my delivery and as It was.small my doctor advised me no need to worry but now am getting pain because of that fibroid So I wanted to know is there any medical treatment for fibroids?

Helo dr . I went to near pharmacist to take advice about weight gain , he adviced me to take dexamethasone nd cyproheptadine HCL tablets .. I used it within 5days i increased my weight but after de use dat tablets i studied that dexamethasone is a immunosuppressent , which upon chronic use can cause fungal and other infections .. i alrdy get fungal infctn at pelvic region , now im cured from it .. i went to local docter he advice to take silica 200 one dose nd bio combination .. is it advisible or plz prescribe correct medicine tnq
