I have breathing problem especially in cold climate. I feel hard/struggled to breathe in cold climate or in fog/snow conditions. I feel that my nose is blocking to breathe high volume of air. When I sleep turning left side, my left side of nose seems to be blocked and vice versa. When I visit any heavy dust area, I will get sneezed. Seems I have sinus problem. Can you please advise a right solution? I have to work in morning shift timings (4 or 6am) in my internship company. They suggested to consult a doctor for clarification to avoid coming in the morning time. Kindly assist. Thanks.
