I am suffering from appendicitis and have consulted a homeopathy doctor . I am taking medication since a month , even after that am feeling pain . Want further advise

I was having problem of endometrium hyperplasia. Doctor did D&C and removed one overy and put Mirena. Mirena did not worked and they removed. Wht to do now to regularise my periods

Currently m taking Dr. Reckeweg's BC15(menstural trobles--4 tablets a day) and R20(glandular drops for women--15 drops one time in a day). How long i can take these medicines and how long it will take to cure my issues like heavy bleeding during menses and bloating? Can i take lycopodium 200 for my digestive isseus(severe bloating) ? And can you please tell me how many drops should i take per day to cure that ?

Also she is taking below medicine Methimez 10 ,4 tablets Nebizok 2 tablet Remylin 1 in week Tayo 60 k 1 in week
