Hi doc. I am having hard erections during night - mostly in my sleep. They are rigid. No morning erection is felt what they call as morning wood. It's like the nocturnal erection cycle has changed! As for daytime, it is not as regular - maybe once in a day time but not fuller. Sometimes there is a stretch that I don't feel the erection for days! Am I having ED? I am prediabetic and have hypertension. Have had a spine surgery too. I also want to be assessed for Peyronies. Please suggest a way forward. Thanks!

I am a village homeopathy practioner. Here distilled water is not available, even it is not available in online. In the online it shows distilled water for battery, inverter. Now I have two questions:- 1) - Distilled water used in battery or inverter can be be used for preparation of dose(LM  potency) to dispense to patients ??? 2) - May I use drinking water after boiling and cooling for preparation of dose (LM potency) to dispense to patients as patients ultimately mix the doctor given medicine  with drinking water which they drink in their home ???

I am experiencing pins and needles sensation all over my body without any spots or marks on skin . Its bothering me a lot as i cant sleep peacefully . It feels as something is stinging and pins are inserted in the body . It occurs at random places like on face , back , legs , arms , feet hands ,feet sole . I dont know the exact cause i visited the general physician , he prescribed me tablets but i got no respite . Its been 12 -15 days i am experiencing such symptoms .Please let me know if its curable? and how much time homeopathy will take to provide complete relief .?

I had my endoscopy done last year. Doc told me I have a small hiatus hernia which doesn't need surgery but my symptoms were more or less there. It improved over time for eg the cough vanished permanently but burning sensation in throat due to reflux and tonsil pain is there on and off. I know through homeopathy the symptoms can be managed but is there any permanent cure for hiatus hernia and chronic tonsilitis? I am 5 months pregnant. Can I take the prescribed medicines during pregnancy?

Hi iam male 41 years unmarried. I have epigastric cramps pain bloating always with burning in stool. Bowel movement frequency is 6 to 7 times everyday from more than 15 years.
