I have turbinate hypertrophy due to allergy and i have no idea what to do. Is there a homeopathic medicine that will help?

No diabetes no BP no thiriod. Problem in food digestion and frequent motion. Sometimes constipation all tests are done no much relief. Allopathy not helpful homeopathy not tried till now.

Hello, I've been suffering from depersonalization disorder from last 2 years after a massive panic attack. I've not faced any panic attack after that but from that day I am suffering from depersonalization. I feel like i am out of my body, my thoughts are racing, feels like there is nothing real around me. Foggy vision all the time and unable to focus on any fast moving objects. Due to infection in his lungs, Doctor has prescribed very heavy medicine Including steroid and Fabiflu. Now he is fine. No breathing and no any kind of problem. Due to steroid his sugar level at border line. For boost his immunity power should I give Amla(emblica officinalis) as a homeopathy medicine or in raw form or in powder form. Or should give Triphala powder or name of Triphala homeopathymedicine. Please advice and how to take these medicine.
