Hii sir I'm having little continuous pain on left and back side from 12 days,some time it feels like cold in head and rotating,why is it so

Is it possible to cure 15 years old acid reflux using homeopathy? The allopathy treatment i have taken involves consuming ppi tablets but the body gets used to it! I have tried homeopathy and ayurveda as well however those also did not help much!!

When I lift up my legs on a chair or something else  it vibrates everytime , hand also vibrating but not much like legs .. what is it ??

I have Chronic gastritis,acidity since 10 yrs ..my main symptoms are excessive bloating of stomach like balloon and white coating on tongue..I did endoscopy in 2019..report had gastric erosion..I have shown 6 homeopathy doctors but no exactly could cure me..now I take gastrobin with antim crud 30..I also have tinnitus with sound of electric circuit in my ears but audiometry report is normal(pta,bng,bera)

My mother age is ,60 year's. She is a high BP patient and patient of Asthma .she is taking allopathy medicine for these problems. For last 2 year she is suffering from slip disc as cleared by Ortho doctor , verifying through MRI.. She has already taken , allopathy medicine for these problems for last 2 months but no positive results. She feels severe pain starting from  her lower back and ending to right legs also tingling in both legs below knee. She is in much pain . Pls advise me best homeopathy medicine for her that I can give her so that she recover quickly.

I m having pinworms problems, I have taken tablets form medical which go but will cme back again after a month, and also tried homeopathy medicine it is not working which is prescribed to take 2days and 3days once, help me to get rid of it

Food does not affect the body, I have taken all types of vitamins, nothing seems to be eating on time,  be sleepy on time ख्याल पिया खाना शारिर को लगता नहीं है ठीक समय प्रति खाता हूं ठीक समय प्रति सोता हूं और और भुख भी लगता है फिर भी वजह नहीं बढ़ रही है क्या करूं

I have been diagnosed with gallstone. Can homeopathy dissolve single gall stone of 4.9mm or is there a need for surgery?

Is there any homoeo medicine to stop heavy menses immediately? Or it will take time to stop? My Hb also 8.9 Is it possible to improve that too? Please Suggest medicine for both.

Eyes and forehead heaviness nasal congestion a bit and unusual smell coming from nose be it underarm or any thing Good smell coming but bad odour all same.please suggest some medicine.
