I have an abnormal heart beat @palpitations(sometimes slow and some times fast), feeling weak and shivering at night times , feeling depressed , difficult to swallow and burp and so many problems from last one year . please help me to come out of this..

My daughter 5 weeks old has been diagnosed with 4 mm VSD , PFO after ECHO reports. He weight is increasing gradually and takes bottle feed normally but struggles in Mother's feed. At birth she was 2.8 kg now at around 3.8 kg. Please advice next course of action. Will it need surgery? Some docs in my hometown suggest to see a pediatric cardiologist whereas some say it will heal on its own.

My recent TMT test was +ve in recovery with significant ST-T depression , my HR was normal and also the BP , no ANGINA .. I have high GERD , can the +Ve TMT be due it also?? . Can i treat my GERD first and then do TMT again before concluding that i should proceed for angiogram test , please advise

My friend is having mild chest pain on the left side from 2 weeks...he has alcohol twice thrice a month...this pain started after 2 days of alcohol intake...and is irritating him...it's not severe but pain is felt accompanied by pain in shoulder and arm...he is worried as he had googled things about this symptom and it showed heart related problem...could anyone help him?

This is about my granny,two days ago,right in the mid night she experienced a thud like sound in her heart and told that she suffocates for a little while after that. Can somebody tell me why is that? What could possibly be the Sound and why was it cause d? She experienced a slight pain in the right side of her chest in the morning. From past two days she was walking on the treadmill at a speed 1.8 or 2 as told by the doctor to workout due to her constantly increasing weigh from past 11month since the time she has started taking insulin doses. She has been not at all well from past 11months.
