Heart Problems & Remedies

For the past day, I have been able to hear my chest click with every heartbeat, normally only when I'm lying down. This can also be heard by others. What could this be? I'm not sure if this information has anything to do with it but I do have a small hole in the heart which is closing.

Every morning wake up with fast heartrate, nausea and shivering from past 15 days. Lately having pulsating pain in the left hand along with sharp chestpain. Loss of appetite.

I have trouble exhaling when I cough or breathe intensely. It's like sort of a burning sensation in my heart but there is no physical pain so it's something internal.

Doctor i have red lines on my nails from last nine months ,sometimes i also feel chest pain and in my limbs also,even the part from elbow to palm feels pain and swollen .everyday when i woke up my head aches very badly.i also feel abdominal pain sometimes feels problem in breathing .i am only 16 years old .what does this mean

My dad is 63 and know a days he is facing unuswal issues. When ever he goes outside for some work he feels weakness , he complaints of the sun and the heat being a lot. Sometimes when he speaks a shiver can be seen on the mouth. He is on Bp medicine and as his Bp went down severely we were told to discontinue the medicine. Today bp was 140/90

High blood pressure almost everyday. Headache and blurry vision. My age is 26 and it is quite high. Please suggest if I should take medicine or get some tests done??

I checked in BP monitoring device readings shows 142/102, 150/109 could you please confirm these values are normal range or having hypertension and need to consult cardiologist.

My BP is 124/80.Pulse rate is 108.Are the pulse rate readings normal?My weight is 73 kg.Am suffering from neck pain as well.
