HDL 41.6
Triglycerides 135
LDL Cholesterol 134.4
Non HDL cholesterol 161.4
Chol/HDL Chol Ratio 4.9
Do I need to take medicines to control my cholesterol or diet control is sufficient?
Please advice what precautions / steps need to be taken

Cold hands arms thighs cold body
I am suffering from cold hands and feet as well as pallor of lips and tongue. There is no aneamia. My HB is 12. But low blood circulation. I am feeling dizzy all the times. Coldness and shivering happens. Feeling cold in arms, thighs and buttocks. I am unable to carry out my daily routine.
