Pls advice that whether can i take Omega 3 supplement with my regular BP medicine i.e. Starpress XL 50 Or Telma 40. Presently BP is in control

Hi doctor I am taking bp tablet stamlo 2.5 in morning telma 40 in night. If I dont take bp tablets my bp will be 150/90 or 100. Now from last 15 days my bp stays at 107 / 65 to 110/75. Is it a problem or normal bp. I am worried about lower number 65 bcoz it should be 80 Right . so what I need to do I am doing exercise also now . So 107/65 low bp or bcoz of tablet it is coming down

Pls advice that whether can i take ayurvedic herbs like giloy /ashwagandha with my regular BP medicine i.e. Starpress XL 50 Or Telma 40.

My father is suffering from angina pain since few days, he is asthmatic too..cant take him to hospital because it would be risky due to covid issues.He has breathing issues too for which he is taking inhaler.He dosen't walk much because of breathlessness.kindly guide me.

I m taking regular BP medicine i.e. Starpress XL 50 MG as well telma 40 from the last one year. But from the last one month my BP is not controlled .it is elevated and around 145/100 . May be it's due to the anxiety of Corona pandemic. Due to the corona I m very much in stress and in in fear. I have also consulted Psychiatric as well. He prescribed me Nexito 10 MG, Propronalol 40 MG as as well Clonazapam 0.5 . Now I am not focusing in any thing and always in a fear of corona. Kindly help me and also suggest why my BP is elevated. Heart palpelation is also high. Is this due to stress/fear of corona and what should I do now. Pls suggest ASAP
