Chest pain below left side...Some times in middle... Sometime feels in middle back... My BP Is normal ... Please check. My ECG Age 27 years ...

Had little mild pointy pain here and there in chest like sometime left or right, and beside the chest too so gone for ecg three weeks ago and echo yesterday. Had done lipid profile a month ago and was normal. I'm an athlete, what to do Please advise 🙏🙏🙏🙏 All reports attached

I had covid 4 months ago Three weeks ago gone for ecg, sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ecg.(4 July) Normal lipid profile.(25 June) Yesterday got echo done.(30 July) I had done as had random mild pain in chest here and there, right and sometimes left. I had an ecg weeks ago and i just realised it says abnormal Avr and v2 inverted t wave..i am worried i do have symptoms and i had other tests aswell which cane back normal i am only 18 with no risk factors what is this?

Ecg report says Mild ST Depressions in infolateral leads. Not able to understand ,is it something to be worried . Can it be rectified.
