Sir, I'm having chest pain and left arm tightness and backside shoulder discomfort from last 3 months I got covid in last June after that I went for master health check my report is normal. Then I have taken ECG 2 times it is also normal. Im having some throat irritation while eating then some times burning sensation after passing motion so they suggested me to do stomach ultrasound that report is also normal then they have given pan 40 tablet roles 20 and sucrafil o gel after taking these medicine is feel better but it is keep on coming once or twice in a week then I had mucaine syrup but still I didn't recover pls suggest me.
