Hi doctors, I am facing alternative semi solid stool issue since week. Very early morning stool is normal and solid. but if I go later in a day then it appears semi solid ( like curd). I have small body weight change of 1 kg. There is no blood or anything in stool. Only have gastric issue on lower part of stomach. Stool color is also dark brown I am hypochondria anxieties paitent and under treatment since 7 month. I am really worried if I have any sort of cancer like colon or stomach. Please suggest.

CA 19.9 is little elevated ..it's 97 u/ml . How much it's dangerous, what is the probability of its treatment , what's is its range that is too much dangerous , how to take its treatment. pls suggest.

My friend is having severe stomach cramps due to fatty liver. He had gone through ultrasound and found that his liver size is 155 MM in AP diameter. What should be do to cure stomach cramps immediately. Attached the ultrasound report for your reference.

Dear sir after liver blood test total bilurubin is 2.2 Direct bilurubin is. 64 and indirect bilurubin is 1.56,sgpt and sgot r normal. Am taking ceterzine 10mg 1 tab alternate days. For alergy and running nose, snizing problem last 3 month. My alergy test is normal. Any medicine is required for my liver health.

Dear doctors, Recently I have got my self diagnosed with full body check up and my reports shows the below items increase. It shows some issue in liver (i only drink rarely - 30ml in six months at most) Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/SGOT) - 35 Method: Modified IFCC Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT) - 66 Method: Modified IFCC Can you pl suggest what would be the issue and the suitable treatment for it. Hello Doctor, My mom is having piles problem for long years and she is having bleeding whenever sitting for long time or traveling somewhere.She is not willing to come to hospital. Would be better if you suggest any medicine for pain relif and bleeding .

I am taking lesuride and famogreat before food for reducing my reflux also I have lax les after brushing I get more spitting saliva in the morning even we can call it saliva with acid, how to overcome this? I need to settle this out pls help me
