Is this a normal fibroscan report of a 3 year old. Reason for scan : he is diagnosed with a rare genetic condition Cholesteryl Ester Storage Disease. And is a patient of liver transplant hence a fibroscan was done to see how long can we wait for transplant.

I have been bleeding from my rectum for the past 2 days. Which specialist should i go to for this issue. Here are my symptoms: Irritation in rectum area Blood in stool Bright red blood stains.

Can Olanzapine or Baclofen be used for refractory GERD /Nausea / Vomiting ? Is this kind of off level use proven effective in some patient ?

Good Day, I'm a 21 years old, have a history of hemorrhoids and currently on treatment of Bilateral Sacrolitis, the past 4 days there is an increase in blood in my stool, however I'm not constipated or having any difficulty passing stool, the blood is bright red, it's mixed with stool and once the stool drops Into the bowl, large drops of bright red blood follow, approx 2-3 large drops, as of now the only treatment I'm on are Vitamin B Injections, once every 2 days for my lower lumber spine (Neurobion Injection - Inter Mascular) My sleep patterns are also disturbed and my eating has reduced a lot. Please assist me on what has to be done.

My wife underwent C section after diagnosis with ICP. ALT AST at 26 weeks went upto 800+. Been on udiliv 300x3 till delivery and 300 after that. AST has been in 50 and ALT in 90-100 range since 3 months after delivery and not coming normal as of now(completed 9 months of delivery). My doctor had done various tests around 3 months back on 24hr urine copper(41ug), ANA(0.4 -ve), serum ceruloplasmin(0.35g/L) all in normal range and continued udiliv 300 OD. I need guidance how to proceed further
