Having nausea and mild pain in abdomen after 1 month of laprosocpic cholecystectomy and CT scan is normal

Increased Sgot, Sgpt ggt level since 1.5 years. I am non alcoholic and non smoker, non diabetic, already taken hepatitis b vaccine in childhood. USG abdomen showing normal. No serious symptoms just mild pain in the right side abdomen (both lower and upper) (weight 81 kg ) . Test Reports attached. What should I do to make it normal immediately.

I have been suffering from constipation for a year. I consulted several doctors and went through diff treatments. I went through sigmoidoscopy and the result was positive, the doctor mentioned there is no problem . Prescribed medicine like Prueease, husk powders like Pegfibre and had put me on a diet, I followed the diet and have been  following it. But there is no improvement. After some months I had visited another doctor, he performed anorectal manometry and the results were positive this time as well. He prescribed some laxatives and medicines like Lubowel 24mg. I used it, I see no major change. I have changed my diet , I used medications but nothing seems to work. Surprisingly, ducloflex tablet , which is just around 10 rs a sheet, when I took 1 tablet before bed, gave me a better experience than any other powders, laxatives and medicines. I felt like everything came out and i felt relieved whenever I used it. How to treat it, I desperately want to feel normal again .

Inflamation of which part gives this colour of poop. Upper back pain is also there and tirdness in abdomen. Muscle loss also present

I have attached LFT report.My ot pt are increased what should i do and i have no problem currently.I casually drink in a month.is there any serious issue?

I have been have constipation come and go, rven after drinking 2 litres of water eating veggies i still cant poop everyday. When I rake kayam churna I poop really well the next day. Is it safe to take kayam churna or what can be an alternate?

Heartburn very often which was earlier assumed as gastric and medicated for the same, when medication didn't work and pain kept increasing for 4-5 days, got my tests done that is USG, BLOOD and URINE test Which resulted in cholecystitis and Chronic Cystitis in the USG report since I did spot some blood clots in the urine.

Outside food in audit Morning food daily outside Evening food all fast food etc Snacks oily southindianetc any thing No walking physical activity Gas acidity abdominal pain bloating urge of bowel high frequency high small qty if bowel and 6-7bowel movements a day Sleep only after eating full stomach Late night eating than sleeping immediately due to stress else no sleep Dr says ibs... What it can be??????indigestion, ibd,gastroenteritis, crown disease????? No train travel local and metro in mumbai since urge too high n undercertain and untimely, in few minutes can have multi bowel movements

Good evening Today i had blood in my stool..which never happened before...the blood was surface on the stool fresh bright red color..when I saw bottom there was a shining purple or blackish in my anus..

My friend is suffering from abdominal pain since 4 days. She is married and she is having 4 month old child. The reports suggest it is acute pancreatitis. Could you please suggest how to proceed with treatment?
