Feeling pain and discomfort in upper part of abodment daily in evenings and also burping and feels like  vomiting and unable to sleep at nights

Hi, I am having stomach burning sensation even I have home food without spice ,oily and dairy foods. When I ever I have stomach burning sensation, body is also burning internally and feeling like internal fever. Mouth also gives bitter taste during stomach burning. Endoscopy also done and everything normal. Kindly confirm whether stomach burning sensation cause  body burning sensation with mouth bitter taste? Thanks and Regards, Ramya

Hi doctor, Since one year , i am having ibs kind of symtoms... mainly having motion just after food. And it mainly trigger when eat outside or party food. I feel bloating in lower abdominal suddenly, then rush to loo and then feel better after that for next few hours... I am hypochondriac anxities paitent also and on medicine... I was taking colnospa tablet in last and then stopled when issue was not happening.. But i guess it is again active since few days.. How can i get long term cure of these?? Does i habe to avoid complete outside food.. Does fating help in ibs?? Please suggest Thanks

I had constipation a month back, but now, I do not have constipation. My stools are soft. My diet is maintained properly with an adequate amount of fiber, and I drink about 3ltrs of water every day. I walk for nearly 5km every day. But still, i keep getting grade 1 hammeroid. These hammeroids are painless and do not bleed, but i get a mild discomfort inside the anus. The feeling of discomfort is of a lump inside my anus. I use piles cream and do Sitz bath twice a day. The hammeroid stays for about 3-4 days and then disappears. Again, after a few days, if i apply even little pressure to empty my bowel, the hammeroid reappears, and the cycle repeats. Why is even little pressure developing hammeroid? Is this permanent, or will i get better over time?

Severe acidity and gas issues whenever a meal is skipped or less hours of sleep. Managing with nexpro rd 40 medication till now.

Hi doctor, Meri wife ko upper middle abdomen  pain horaha hai last 2 days se, family doctor ne prescribed kya tha medicine.like tab librax, syrup tricane & pan 40 par medicine leke bhi koi use nahi, doctor changed kya usne medicine prescribed like , tricane syrup, rab plus d, bifilac yeh bhi medicine lene ke bad bhi pain horaha, vomiting feel hota hai chakar ana feel hota... please suggest

I am having constipation for past few days and sometimes my skin itches too. I also feel slightly more hungry these days, i am worried...do i have worms?
