I has gerd from last 5 years. I am on ppi treatment from past 3 months but I don't know how to heal it fully. My endoscopy and ultrasound reports came out normal and when I ask my GI doc he said it may or may not fully heal depending on my diet. I am currently following a strict diet from the time I started my treatment. When on ppi I am completely normal except soul burping, suffocating like something has choked my oesophagus with full burning in chest and throat region, few acid refluxes and pain (sometimes sharp and dull) in upper stomach area, sore throat and mouth, with a lot of mucus when I wake up in morning, dry mouth with almost little to no amount of saliva. Now, most of the symptoms are very rare except the last two ones. Recently I started having tingling on my foot, he prescribed blood test which came out, it show  b12 and folic acid deficiency. I also have suspect of having functional dyspepsia by GI doc. And ADHD by psychiatrist.

I have been noticing red spots in my stool from 2-3 yrs. I have done stool occult blood test, colonoscopy,cbc. Everything was normal. Now I don't understand what it is? Is it undigested food?

I can not swallow any food if it's not absolutely tasty. Even if it's slightly not okay to my taste i get these bad refluxes and i eventually vomit and lose the appetite. This is happening even when am super hungry. Its getting hard for me to eat when i travel outside. Can I do anything to control this? I really can't help it..i have tried and even if am 27 year old now am.underweight because of this. Please advise

After how many hours of last drinking we can do lft test for to get accurate results,suppose if i drink tonight can I do lft test tomorrow morning,Plz answer me dear doctors thank you

Hi i am suffering from jaundice and i have attached report for your reference. I have loss 5to7kg in last 10 days due to jaundice. Weight 65 kg Height 5.7 inches Liver size- 14 CM Please suggest next level of treatment/ precautions because I have to go USA in April for training. I have eat only boiled and light diet from last 10 days including 2gm of salt and no oil. Awaiting for your response.

Weight 65 after losing 6 kg in jaundice Height- 5. 7 inch Liver size -14 cm ADA 0.6 asitic fluid he perform the same on 10th feb and given me the report dated 9th feb.Doctor told me you have a PHTN and given the report but I do not bleed ,NO vomit normal stool.  He told me i have done your USG you are suffering with large spleen with some liver dysfunction but he will not share the report and told me i have alrdy share the same with mTPA.When I asked please try to resolve the same the medicine then he will not given the proper answer. He done my CT for ascitic fluid but he don't know how much fluid in my stomach and not share the CT images with us. another Dr checked me and he said that you don't have asitic. RBC 3.5 WBC 8 HB 11 INR 2.5at the time of admitted in hospital at the time of discharge RBC 2.7 WBC 10 HB 8.8. INR 2.01he told my wife transplant is the only option without testing at the time of admision. i have nosebleed problem due to dryness but he is not given me medicine

Severe nausea and vomiting ,fever 100-102  from last 2 weeks...indigestion and loss of appetite...does fatty liver cause fever and vomiting...please suggest something

Just get sonography done for occasional stomach main 2-3inch above belly button. Please go through the report. Suggest what will be the treatment. Is surgery is necessary?

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am suffering with skin allergy and doctor prescribed LFT blood test. Results shoeing AST value is 103 and ALT is 190 but the ratio is 0.54 Can you please suggest if there is anything to concern with liver ? This doctor is dermatologist and asked us to wait for 10 more days. Post that we will do LFT one more time. I would like to understand of this result whether it has any complications?

But have chronic mucus issue around neck, problem more while sleeping. Slight choked feeling. Mucus white. Something always stuck in throat feeling.Xray of chest normal. Mild sinus in CT. Took montaire LC of and on. Crackling sound in inhalation for a year.
