Hair fall since an year
My daughter had hair fall since 1 year. Had these blood tests done. Please suggest if it's normal . She had acid reflux when she was a kid. Are these related to gastritis. Her b12 , folic acid levels, d3 levels are normal. Only in CBC it's shows low MCV and MCH. Do I need to consult?

What are lymphoid aggregate?
My diagnosis now is
1) Terminal ileum: Focal active ileitis with lymphoid hyperplasia.
II) Right colon: Mild active colitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.
III) Transverse colon: Mild active colitis with increase in
lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.
IV) Left colon: Mild active colitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.
V) Rectum: Mild active proctitis with increase in lymphoplasmacytic Infiltrate.
VI) Antrum: Moderate chronic gastritis with mild focal activity.
VII) Body: Mild chronic gastritis.
Overall histomorphological features, in correlation with endoscopic findings, favour possibility of
-Lymphocytic colitis.
Before this diagnosis earlier biopsy result told I have uc. Now this .
-IHC (4 antibody) may be done to know the nature of lymphoid aggregates.
What are this lymphoid aggregate? IHC test is taking long what may be the cause. When I asked the hospital they said they need to consult with other histopathologist.
Is this something to worry?
